Baltic is recruiting for a Project Manager on a fixed term contract to lead on the coordination, production and reporting for its National Lottery Climate Action Fund Project Birds, Bees, Bikes and Trees.

Housed in a former flour mill on the historic banks of the River Tyne in Gateshead, the postholder will be working three days per week in one of the most iconic buildings in the North East. 

As the first point of contact and liaison for National Lottery, Northeast Young Dads & Lads and Newcastle University, you need to be a strong communicator with the ability to forge and nurture relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience of initiating artist-led commissions and interventions, a demonstrable understanding of relevant regional and national policy and programming, including the socio-economic, cultural, and political challenges and opportunities in the North East.
