Redcar Palace is a gallery space run by Tees Valley Arts, situated in The Palace Hub on Redcar esplanade. The organisation exhibits artists from the region and around the world, and offers a space to talk, learn and teach.
Redcar Palace is also home to Honestly Made, Honestly Sold, a shop that sells handmade gifts by local makers, and regular events and meetings, including:
- Creative Advice Thursdays (CAT): an open, safe space for artists and creatives, who are looking for advice and support, co-hosted by Tees Valley Arts and Redcar Council
- Blooming Youth Collective: a peer-led young people’s group focused on community, well-being, diversity and friendship.
- Which Craft? Ladies: a free-to-attend women’s drop-in crafting group
- Queer Sewing Club: a LGBTQ+ inclusive crafting group
- Redcar Life Drawing: a life drawing group
