What is meant by ‘disabled’ people?
Fresh Creatives use the social model of disability to define ‘disabled.’ You can watch a video by Shape Arts that explains what this means, by clicking here. Fresh Creatives recognises that not all disabilities are visible and encourages applications from neurodivergent people who identify as disabled.
