Document H.E.T. (Hollow Earth Transmission) is a collection and study of pre-internet printed matter and ephemera by artist Niall Greaves.
This collection of 1970s to 1990 dissident print culture moves from inner-city squatting and grassroots organising, to intentional communities, alternative technology, self-sufficiency, and co-existence with nature.
Niall Greaves is a co-founder of NewBridge Print Studio and runs Document. H.E.T. which exists primarily – and perhaps ironically – online, as a study of the power of print in shaping collective consciousness before Web 1.0.
