Recent work by North East-based artist Annabelle Blackett combining elements of found objects associated with archaeological finds, history and prehistory. 

The exhibition includes prints of The Heart of Bernicia which was previously on display at Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art.

Annabelle Blackett is an artist from the North East of England. Her work focuses on architectural elements of the British landscape. She studied Archaeology at Durham University and focused her research on Prehistoric art forms and Neolithic/ Bronze Age cup and ring marks. She was shortlisted for the North East Emerging Artist Award by the National Trust.
