A is for Alma: closing performance

Sat, 11am, 2pm, 3pm

Hatton Gallery

A performance by balletLORENT responding to the artworks in Katie Cuddon's exhibition 'A is for Alma'.

Katie Cuddon’s clay forms explore the union between mother and child and were all created since she gave birth to her daughter in 2018.

Choreographed by artistic director Liv Lorent, three dancers and their children (Natalie MacGillivray and three year-old Aiden, Alys North and 23 month-old Solmaz, and Benedicta Valentina Mamuini and 11 month-old Maverick) will move freely in the space around the artworks in Cuddon’s exhibition A is for Alma, bringing living sculpture to the space.

Performances last approximately 10 minutes. No pre-booking is required but space is limited.
