A 2012 Edinburgh Napier University Photography and Film graduate, Barton has long been captivated by the connections within diverse, often voiceless communities. Her art delves into hidden histories, informed by extensive archival research, and inspired by the raw beauty of nature. She is a dedicated advocate for neurodiverse and marginalised communities, using her multidisciplinary practice to amplify their stories and champion their rights.
