Rosalind Duguid is an artist and writer working with drawing, sculpture, text and electronics.
After graduating from Newcastle Fine Art BA in 2022, she was part of the Collective Studio 2023 cohort at The NewBridge Project. She is interested in the ways we live with the photographs we produce, often using writing as a starting point for sculpture.
She also maintains a collaborative writing practice with Ella Burgess, writing humorous short stories based in a near-future Newcastle, drawing from the city’s history, folk music, socialist politics and sci-fi.
