I'm an artist working largely in painting and large-scale wall drawings that examine an interest in the ideas of artistic hierarchy, value and of art making itself.

Alongside my practice, I also co-direct Slugtown – a not-for-profit art gallery in Shieldfield. We work with early career artists, curating ambitious exhibitions working with artists based in the region and bringing artists to the region. Alongside this we also run SlugClub – a youth engagement public programme working with local youth programmes and after school clubs in the east of Newcastle.
