
Bobby Benjamin is an English artist working predominantly with found objects.
He makes sculpture and painting on themes of class, masculine identity and place. His work challenges hegemony and embraces council estate culture.
Benjamin is co-founder/director of Pineapple Black Arts in Middlesbrough. His work is held in the Middlesbrough Collection at Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art (MIMA).
